We have done several renovations to the home with a possibility of more to come if time permits. We have completely remodled one of the bathrooms in the house. We have put in ceramic tile and a jacuzzi tub. We have put tile down on the floors of all the bathrooms. We have tiled the kitchen floor and hardwood in the dining area. The heat pump is brand new installed in October of 2004. There is 2 coat closets and 3 linen closets in the house. There is new appliances that have been added within 5 years and a dishwasher is brand new just installed. New shingles put on 3 years ago. There is a paved driveway. This house is located in the city limits, but appears to be in the country. This is a wonderful small town atmosphere with great school systems. There is an out building for storage of lawnmower, etc. There is also a storage room connected to the garage/house. The 4th bedroom could be used as an office.
