House is in excellent shape with lots of storage both in house and in basement (whole wall with doors to hide "stuff" behind); built-in bookshelves in living room and loft. 3 large bedrooms plus huge airy loft (with solid balcony) that can be put to use as 4th bedroom if desired although I used it as an office (separate supplemental heat/air). Convenient bedroom level laundry room -- hall closet and bathroom next to it. *Re lot size above - House papers (except original house blueprints) are packed, size is estimate (will be unpacked in new house soon and exact size then posted). Large flat corner lot with shed, above-ground pool with wooden deck. **Re Architectural style asked for above: Don't really know, I'd call it "multilevel". Nice flat lot that's great for picnics, outdoor fun, kids (fenced yard, streetsides wood, one neighbor side mesh). Large solid shed for pool supplies, lawnmower, tools, manstuff. Can be seen most days after 9:00 a.m. till late after calling, although it's a bit messy now since I am in new house with one foot and this one with another and still packing and cleaning out nooks and crannies here. Newly painted ceilings in large family room (with fireplace) and kitchen (walls also in kitchen). Dining room is connected to kitchen but separated by a wall system that stays. Downstairs hall is separated from living room by bookshelf-wall (shelves on living room side.) I still like my house, had not really intended to move but an opportunity came up and I took it.
